前段时间使用代理服务器导致境外IP访问时无法打开
解决方法如下：
打开IE浏览器，依次选择“工具”→“Internet选项”→“连接”→“局域网(LAN)设置”，打开“局域网(LAN)设置”窗口。
如果您使用了自动配置脚本，请取消使用此脚本；如果您使用了代理服务器，请选中“对于本地地址不使用代理服务器”的复选框。
还有一个就是：使用了翻墙软件所致，解决方法就是在翻墙软件把要访问的设置直接访问（即不通过翻墙软件）。或者暂停/关闭翻墙软件即可。
